Seeking a position in Games/Interactive Media or Video Production that is challenging and engaging. • Managed GLEF’s monthly production calendar, working with Content group from initial conception through production stages to final launch.
• Maintains master production schedule in project management software, published to staff and used in planning meetings; resolves scheduling and staffing conflicts involving multiple projects.
• Worked closely with Content leads to conceptualize Web features, including overall design, identification and gathering of assets, and production.
• Ensured review by staff and external advisors as necessary.
• Ensured the project leads have the resources needed to complete their projects.
• Conducted regular production meetings to ensure progress and communication.
• Supervised and Mentors media designer(s) working with Content leads.
• Provided training for Design and Content staff to develop digital production skills.

• Evaluate and develop GLEF production procedures to help streamline overall production process while maintaining and/or raising the level of work produced by GLEF.
